Stage 1: Research
Many Ukrainian refugees are seeking asylum in Munich. Every German state has its own rules and process of bureaucracy. Official information resources couldn’t provide all the necessary information on time, and till now, also the information changed daily(sometimes hourly). Munich-based volunteering organization SVOÏ by Kulturzentrum GOROD helps the refugees from the first day of the war in many ways: transporting from the Ukrainian border, humanitarian aid, school, and providing information.
Stage 2: Problem definition + Solution
The main goal was to create a solution that supports updating the content quickly and without the extra help of a developer, due to the lack of time and developers. That’s why the no-code solution was preferable. During the project the process was constantly redefined. The decisions were based on the knowledge collected with google analytics.
